    Market Caps

Volume was reasonably low lately. Price increases
    made in the
first hour on low volume by emotional
    traders. Then stock drifted
the rest of the day -
arranged by day traders. Finally after
    stock failed to
go up sellers stepped in and they brought
orders, very possibly short orders. Market makers usually
aside right away since they have to absorb the stock
    and drop
bid/ask by as much as they can. At this
    moment day traders move
    out right away.
current situation is possibly heating up by LYCOS/USA
if you follow recent events. Something similar is
    happening in
this neighborhood now. Little IIXC is for
sale with their great assets ( which include nice
fiber ) and undervalued stock. As
    soon as light is
on we may see some ajustments. QWST started
called correction on well over average volume right
IIXC announced. By Zacks institutions hold 10% of
    LVLT, 30% of
QWST, 50% of IIXC. If some money pulled
out of QWST where do you
    think they gone? For
those Level3 fans on this board who want to go for
broke I can only say that Mr. Kiewit is proud of you.

No mattter how much this network run in costs he
    will make it
