    Product is a ripoff.

We looked at these beds. you are paying $2000-$5000 for a blow up bed wedged into a plastic frame. I mean seriously... it's quite amusing.

We ended up getting the top of the line simmons beautyrest dreamwell with individually wrapped coils and ultra pillowtop plush for 1/2 the price.

    • 9 out of 10 couples have different sleep numbers.
You get a more comfortable night's sleep on a bed when you can control the firmness of your mattress.
How many beds did "we" have to lay on before "we" decided which one you both could live with?
You don't have that problem with a SC Sleep Number Bed.
Your spring mattress will wear out in 7-8 years and the SC bed would still be giving you a great night's sleep.
SC beds last twice as long because they don't have springs and you don't have to flip them.
If you don't value a great night's sleep and want to sacrifice comfort for dollars then knock yourself out.
Just don't attempt to justify your "frugal choice" by knocking the SC beds,
especially if you have never slept on one.
The worst part of owning a SC bed is when you go out of town, you miss your bed!

    • You may have bought a mattress at half the inner spring mattress will wear our 3 to 4 times faster. Not exactly a sound investment to me.

    • I owned a bed like yours. It seemed fine, actually quite nice. Then I got a herniated disc in my back ... eventually leading to back surgery.

I couldn't sleep on my brand new $1000 bed at all! For a year, I took my pain pills and slept like crap.

Then, in desparation, I bought myself a Select Comfort Bed. A week later, I stopped taking pain pills and haven't taken once since.

You can't believe how much better you will sleep. Despite that appears to "just be an air bed in a foam frame" ... I'ts much much more ... and well worth it.

LOL, that works both ways. You are paying how much for a bunch of steel and some cloth that will only last half as long?
