ABX bribed SLW with Silver at tin can prices 4 an alibi
So is MWR still gonna be valued at $.65 once the Mina Pascua asset is stripped from ABX and MWR pays 3 million for the option to pay another 1.9 billion to buy into 50% of a project worth 50+billion?
Quick answer, no.
Will MWR need to issue 3-6 billion in stock as you insisted? No.
MWR will go up in value big time. Its true that the that value is what someone is willing to pay to be a part of of 50% of $50billion+ Gold/Silver/Copper project. Mina Pascua represent one of the biggest Gold mines in the world, not many of them around at this size. Not to mention Mina Pascua is one of the lowest cash cost mines in the world. Like PF said ABX stopped it's drill program, there could very well be more precious metals then reported so far. The price of Gold/Silver/Copper can go up once production starts. These are risks investors concider when buying into a mining company.
Bottom line, you're comment on MWR needing to issue 3-6 billion shares is laughable.
