Is Barrick actually receiving tips as to how to "injure MWR"?

Sanctions

Monetary sanctions include penalties, settlements and disgorgement. Disgorgement requires the respondent to pay the OSC the amount the respondent obtained as a result of the illegal activity.

MWR guilty of market Manipulation in accordance to Barrick?
Suspicious to say the least, that Barrick labels MWR as such, when is Barrick who is engaged in that particular illegal market activity.-
One has to applaud this forensic mental case and his complete disease of the mind. He can't come to terms that he is a total and complete loser. so he has no legal case and rants and raves here daily because he is mentally disturbed. Just like Johndap does. Nobody pays attention to complete and total fools got it Johndap and your alter ego George loopeydupey! Go slit your throats, jump off a bridge get over it. ABX is going much much higher. Me buy and keep buying. Sorry losers the rest of the world will also. Will the same ole A holes like Johndap be here 20 points higher. I bet because they have mental issues. IMO.

Ya know... Everyone's entitled to their opinion. There has been news recently that fortifies PF's prophecy. We are all wondering what will happen next....
What is going to happen next indeed... that is a BILLION dollar question. If I knew exactly when Pascuaforensic's prophecy will come true... then I would know when to load up on my ABX short position.

Since the matter has been given to RCMP IMET, I am more than willing to await the outcome of the investigation to see if MWR has actually, by its own naivete or bad legal advice, opened a large can of whoopass on itself. In the meantime, I will presume that MWR has been advised to direct its accusations through the proper channels rather than to let its, ah, enthusiasm for their point of view overtake discretion; hence the recent lack of its colorful and amusing press releases, which, I must admit, I miss in a watching a train wreck kind of way.

Interesting side note your your comments. The disputed claims are in Chile so it would stand to reason that MWR obtained info from Chile in order to back up what they have said. We all look forward to that info but it's obvious the issue is being handled legaly at the moment.
ABX is being investigated right now based on information from Chile about the Pascua Mine. Reports from Chile indicate the disputed claims include the Minerial Deposit of Barricks Pascua-Lama Project.
Like you mtstack, ABX would like MWR gone, but it wouldn't change the facts the Canadian authorities are receiving about Pascua-Lama and it's investigation of ABX and the SLW deal.
If ABX has committed securities fraud with their Pascua Lana Project, then we'll see some questions asked regarding the SLW/ABX pascua lama deal. SLW next mtstack?
