    Pascua Lama Technical Report

This Technical Report was done by Mr. Catalino Albanez Vergara who is an Expert Mine Surveyor since 1980 and court accredited expert for the Appeals Court, La Serena, Chile.

    Mr Albanez provides these fact:

"This mineral deposit (PASCUA-LAMA project) is located inside of the AMARILLOS 1 THROUGH 3000 mining properties and it is in turn located within the groups of mining properties TESORO FIVE and TESORO SEVEN, where they are located as shown in the report presented to COREMA"

"The LOS AMARILLOS 1 THROUGH 3000 mining properties should have carried out the actions provided for in Article 95, No. 7, of the Mining Code against the groups of mining properties TESORO ONE through TESORO TWELVE which affected them...

The outcome is that all the groups of TESORO mining properties are cleared of all encumbrances and the mining properties LOS AMARILLOS 1 through 3000, affected by the overlap, are declared extinguished."

"Also mentioned are the TWELVE groups of mining properties TESORO ONE through TESORO TWELVE, comprising a total surface area of [blank] hectares; their status has also already been described and they belong to Mr. HECTOR UNDA LLANOS according to a document granted by the Vallenar Registrar of Mines and bearing the date June 15, 2011, and on its margin appear the words property of Mr. Jorge Rodrigo Lopehandia Cortes."

"The properties LOS AMARILLOS 1 through 3000 and TESOROS should not have been included in the list of mining properties as being the property of BARRICK GOLD CORPORATION-ABX of Canada, due to the fact that these properties have not been nor are they now registered in the name of said firm at the Registrar of Mines of the City of Vallenar, in the Atacama Region, Republic of Chile, in conformity with Chilean law."

**Cross reference Barricks Pascua Lama SEC 6K or OSC 43-101. Tesoro claims and Amarillo 1-3000 claims are included as owned by Barrick when they are not. These claims cover the Pascua deposit. Welcome to Barricks fraud and why they haven't opened Pascua for almost 20 years.

    • Have you ever noticed that the "technical report" comes with a disclaimer? If you look on the last page you will find the following: "The following is done pursuant to a request by Mr. Jorge R. Lopehandia Cortes. Having analyzed the pertinent documents, I hereby submit my professional opinion in the form of a TECHNICAL REPORT on the matter."

This document, which was published as a press release from MSX, is not issued by an independent 3rd party, but was an "OPINION in the form of a technical report" that was made on the behest of and paid for by JL."

It is no wonder that it supports JL's position for the same reason that an expert witness will testify on either side of a trial.

    • And also why has Barrick not sued MSX for the press releases they have put out against ABX, seems those at ABX dont want this can of worms out to public until they at abx figure a way for damage control. LOL good luck barrick, you are going down on this fraud like it or not

      • Hi Island, I agree with you. Barrick can't sue MSX because Mountianstar Gold is right. In fact, ABX presented MSX with a cease and desist letter a year and a half ago but did nothing. Then recently MSX sent Barrick a cease and desist letter while also continuing with their assertion that Barrick is frauding investors at Pascua Lama due to not owning titles they say they own to the Pascua deposit. It's very obvious MSX will be suing Barrick for damages. The expert 3rd party report on Pascua Lama show why ABX hasn't mined Pascua for almost 20 years as they don't own the property. Plenty of liability against ABX on this one, as well as proplems with the SEC and OSC for not disclosing material information to investors while fraudulently recording titles into Barricks 43-101 and 6K which they don't own as well as faking the titles are constituted by the Chile governent while they are not. In fact the regulatory filing say Barrick aquired Pascua Lama from Lac Minerals which is another lie. Just ask yourself why Barrick wanted to buy Jorge Lopehandia and his mining engineer Viller's AMARILLO NORTE and AMARILLO SUR claims which cover Amarillo 1-3000 and the superimposed Tesoros claims? Because Barrick knows Amarillo 1-3000 was non metallic claims and Jorge Lopehandia's AMARILLO NORTE and AMARILLO SUR the only titles for Pascua that can mine the gold, silver and copper. So really it's another lie by Barrick to say the bought Pascua Lama from Lac Minerals when in reality Barrick tried to obtain Pascua from Jorge Lopehandia and his mining engineer Viller. As we know the Chile courts voided the ABX and Viller contract for AMARILLO NORTE and AMARILLO SUR due to contatutional defects as well as the price of $20 was not what Jorge Lopehandia and Viller agreed to. This leave Barrick with a Pascua Lama fraud for almost 20 years all the while not disclosing materal information to the SEC and OSC.

      • Brilliant post as usual lol
