    • Well, then you have nothing to worry about, do you. Barrick isn't on the Tesoros. Go mine the claims.

Barrick will just keep developing the area northeast of the Tesoros where all the drill and exploration reports have been performed at the coordinates published in their 43-101s, and they won't impinge on JL's claims at all. Barrick just gave Fluor new contracts for the development and management of the mine on those "barren" lands. If the Pascua-Lama pit area claims are as barren as you insist, then you have nothing to worry about because they are Barrick's claims and do not belong to MSX or JL. It is their concern, not yours.

Barrick has always said that the Amarillos 1-3000 concessions or the Tesoro Uno 1-30 to Tesoro Doce 1-5 concessions are not necessary for mining the Pascua-Lama deposit, and Barrick holds all the necessary rights for mining the Pascua-Lama deposit.

I know you, JL, BJ and a multitude of True Believers on IHub have a different opinion, and believe that THE DEPOSIT in on the Amarillo Sur/Tesoro claims. The operative word in that last sentence is believe. It is my opinion that faith-based mining never works out very well.

We both agree that Barrick has nothing to do with the Tesoros claims.
