I'm not concerned about the dispositions. Little more than 1.5% of their holdings on the final day of the year tells me it's just tax planning. When you're worth $10+M, this stuff becomes all the more important. I've no idea what other holdings the Woltosz family has, but owning 45% of this company would call for some diversification, especially with the meltdown that happened. This is still my #1 postion...But I think GMR will be my biggest gainer in '10. Then again, I'm almost always surprised. I knew BEXP would be a good one(my biggest profit of '09), but again I sold way too early. WEN was one of my biggest gainers of '09 also, bought and sold it twice and have been accumulating again, it could turn out to be the big winner if this one doesn't. It will also probably become my #1 position if it falls back to $4 again. I was just starting to accumulate TASR, but pop yesterday took me out of it...too much for just a revenue shift, still like the concept though...I've probably sold too early again. I think SLP will be up from here, support looks pretty strong at this level.
Good morning Mike... I couldn't find any recent insider sales, would you please provide a link where you picked this up?
If you are referring to the recent disposition on Dec 30 and 31 by Mrs. Woltosz, those were gifts that she made. The two transactions prior to that, one is an inheritance received and the other is a record of receiving options. You can see the transaction codes by looking here:
