SLP also sells Abbreviate! - for iphone typing

Does anyone use Abbreviate! with the iPhone?

I would like to hear your reviews.

    • This message is confusing or misleading. It says that SLP sells this product, yet their website doesn't include it in a list of products, and it is outside of the business plan. SLP sold Word Plus, which might have done this product, but if you go to the Word Plus website, Abbreviate! is not listed. SLP is a great company, but not in this business, or, it is a Halloween ghost product.

From recent press releases on SLP, they still own the Abbreviate! application.

However, I could not find it for sale on the iphone Apps store - so it does not seem to be a big revenue stream for them - unless they have licensed it to Google Android or Apple.

I will try to find out more later, but it does not seem to be a revenue source right now.

        Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • My son uses it on his PC... Works great! Just a few key strokes will pull up an entire paragraph of text for you. If you have a requirement for providing repetitive text this is the prgram that will do it with a minimum of time and effort. You can set up unique keys to bring up any and as many predetermined words or groups of words that you have a need for.
