    Outstanding shares & Options

The question then becomes ..... Who is/are CDS & Co? The December 8th doccument that you refer to states that the company does not know who the benificial owners (CDS & Co.) are. And why does one company that Envoy management says they don't really know own 82% of the outstanding shares?

Anybody want to comment on this?

    • CDS is not really the owner of the stock, but the clearing house for most stock transactions in Canada. They show up as the owner for most stocks held by small investors unless the investor registers his shares with the company, which most don't. Hope this helps.
