Does FORM get bought this fall?

Same players still working over the stock. Management still working with them to rain on the parade and suck profit away from shareholders.

Going private or getting bought looks to me.

Do not understand why the large shareholders put up with the shenanigans unless they are also benefitting from all this.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Also to mention the strategic value of internalizing the biggest player in advanced probecard space and cutting edge intellectual property and patents. Really could give one of those companies a big jump over the competition As they could be a one stop shop. Consolidating trend in industry and others is strong leading to more efficiencies.

      • Microprobe revenue peaked in Q4 2012 and is now is slow decline. Intel is more than 50% of revenue of Microprobe. DRAM is in a cyclical upturn which may end this quarter. In fact CEO Tom mentioned that in the con call.
The consolidation that is taking place in among FFI's customer base- mainly in DRAM. That is bad for FFI. The Microprobe product line is a commodity product made by many different suppliers. The DRAM product line is still unique but suffers from high fixed cost and a declining market, Don't believe this cutting edge IP nonsense- FFI has sued may of their competitors and lost every time. I doubt if they will go down that route again.

        Sentiment: Sell

    • I don't see anyone who would buy them. Candidates could be teradyne, advantest, and maybe TEL. But who wants a cyclical company that is burning cash . Revenue is in a long term decline. I don't see anyone wanting this tar baby.
