correct 1 warrant gets u one share of stock at $ 5.06 before june 21-2015..
On the initial offerring it was 2 warrants for each share of stock you bought. Still need to find out execution prioe, Mid 4's
I believe they gave you one unit which consisted of one stock , plus two warrants and one warrant is to buy one share .. I never heard of two warrants for a share ..
