    Romnet Presidential Debate Opinions

Romney won by a mile. I liked him before but loved him after.

    • The place where Obama was standing is in rubble and still smoking. Now America knows. But Dem's have media on a leash... and entitlement-culture are susceptible to media spin. They don't get that it IS about their capacity to choose their destiny.... If Obama wins - based upon that type of definition (last night) - America clinically has a mental problem.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • I totally agree. Obama looked like death warmed over, just as did the moderator. Romney took over the debate and really made Obama look awful. I am not an Obama fan, but thought he would have done a lot better in this debate. The next Pres debate will be on foreign affairs. Can you say Lybian ambassador, Fast and Furious, Islamic revolution, Israeli snub, Mexican border, China, Iran nukes, etc? A lot of topics for Romney to shove down Obama's pie hole.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • He certainly won the debate from the standpoint of being crisp, alert and engaging which is very important. Obama looked like someone who didn't get enough sleep. Romney had more one liners and also seemed to number his thoughts and repeat them often. This is good for having the audience remember them. Where I think he may have fallen short though is he was not specific when discussing major policy changes he espouses. I would put how to pay for his tax cut and his Medicare answers in that category. The extent to which voters care about that is the extent to which he may see a real bounce or not after last night. Just one person's honest opinion.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
