2 reasons CNBC is ignoring them:
1) it's a micro cap stock. They don't comment on micro cap stocks very often.
2) there's no news. After the verdict you may hear it mentioned on CNBC.
CNBC doesn't comment on Micro Caps b/c of the investment base size in these stocks, technically a small company can't have large investment base. Second, because there are high risk and volatile stocks. A day w/ 20% happens often.
If your long, then it's good they don't comment on them. If VRNG has large settlement and the masses hear about it, then money would pour in push this company to new fair value. If VRNG doesn't get large settlement ( $100M) then shorts take over and this stock will be pushed lower.
CNBC Is for older people who think they are keeping up with the marketplace. If they highlight small cap patent trolls it makes them look bad and all those mutual fund hacks will stop advertising with them.
