ok.Whats the downside Vrng WON so if the judge we're to "throw the jury verdict out"
Vrng has not only prevailed they would win again and maybe with a vengence with another jury upset at JJ
NOT GOING TO HAPPEN
VRNG ALREADY WON an amount deemed "not fair"? not enough?
BUT THERE IS THE ROYALTY RATE
So if JJ brings it down, I would imagine that would start litigation over, is that possible ( for those who know)??
