I agree. Great points. Please continue to short this stock, as I'm sure it will work out well for you.. Quite a few points you present are not accurate, but if you can't come to the conversation without a poorly veiled attempt to present a bear case while parading around as a contemplative long, I'll refrain from paying you any mind. Acknowledge your short position and present a bear case like a man, and then we can talk.
I'm long this stock - I need to know what the company's worth... It's nice for the ego when the average projection on this board is $15 per share, but completely unhelpful in the real world... and it makes wading through the junk on these boards really painful. It's fine to be behind your company, it's another thing for shareholders (used looosely) to assure eachother that as soon as the judge comes back the stock will quadruple... okay, why will it go to $12?
Fact is, the only outside improvement we may see upon ruling, is the rectification of a clerical error to the tune of 140M. Is that worth more than $2.33PPS? If so why? Or please explain...
the money will boost the stock (headlines of 150M looks a hell of a lot better than 30M, that's why we dropped) but the real boost will come from future value of these patents and what this means. else wise this stock would be down to $2.50-3.00 if it was just valued as cash.
