IF $500 Million is the eventual cash received from Google over the next 4 years and they have roughly 60 Million shares outstanding then it MAY be reasonable to assume that they will issue a quaterly dividend of 85% of ALL MONIES received over the next 4 + years.
IF that were the case then more than likely they would issue $425 Million in dividends over the next 4 years.
Keep in mind that would mean they would KEEP $75 Million over the next 4 years to fund operations ON TOP of the $60 Million they already have on the debt free balance sheet.
that would mean $106 Million per year in dividends EACH YEAR over the next 4 years.
At 60 Million shares outstanding they have a current market cap of around $235 Million.
And they MAY be able to issue DOUBLE that amount in dividends over the next 4 years??
Would GUESS on that basis it COULD be worth DOUBLE the current share price?
