Why is no one acknowledging the 44.99 ask price?
Could it be an error? I hope not. This could be it! If a ruling heavily in vringos favor is awarded from google, microsoft settles and their is favorable news on the ZTE front a price of $45 could be reasonable. Add a forward multiple in speculation of other lawsuits and factor in google did not close the door on vringo going after its clients individually by settling and closing the door on it and we could see prices above $70!

The ask doesnt mean shiet, it is AH on a friday which means MMs have gone home early and dont want anymore trades going on because its on auto pilot till monday comes. If the bid is that much then you can celebrate, until then shut the fuak up you stupid k.u.nt.

Its probably a glitch or error. That price will be perhaps after 4-5 years when things go right way. For the moment we would be optimistic to receive 5,5-6 max after getting 3,5% of 20% revenues. Fingers crossed this will be settled next week, but as we already know its hard to predict.
