Go into Sears, buy two or three pairs of Levi's 505 or 550's, browse the tool section and leave the store in less than 15 minutes. Lately though, Sears inventory is way down, while JCP has a hugh Levi section and now they stock Levi cords, which are very cool. Everyday price is 40 bucks for those jeans at JCP....
good luck.
My concern is breath of assortment; jcp has something like 88 styles and/or finishes...no way they can stay in business by sku. That being said i do think jcp is very competitive on price but again the breath of assortment will kill them. On top of that Levi is not exactly the best at having goods available when you need them.
You can't put a price tag on putting the best fitting jeans on a man...or so RJ says...
Who wants Levis when you can get Arizona jeans for a fraction of the cost??? Plus, Arizona jeans have been totally redesigned and they are so cool!
NOTHING fits like Levi Jeans. Start wearing them and you wear them for life....
Its possible the SEARS inventory of Levis is down, due to JCPs continued failures.
