Longs you are not fighting shorts you are fighting Goldman Sachs....

go back and look at the dealings with JCP and GS just a month ago...go look at the CDS,bond and equity price together...now use critical thinking and deduct who benefits the most from a bankruptcy filling..

    hint hint

    Goldman Does....

hehe, that is what longs are failing to understand

    • Goldman does not benefit from a chap 11 filing. This is dumb. They sold a secured loan for a low rate. They need collateral to protect it's loan they sold. If JCP files they will have to spend a lot of time and legal fees to get their money back for clients.
What is the nirvana for a secured loan is the collateral gets MORE valuable, not less. Then it is a rock solid loan and will trade at a premium. Lenders don't make profits on this stuff, they just want their money back, it is all they can do.
