Remember years back when the papers and so called analysts said McDonalds was finished due to health concerns with their food? The stock went down to $12 or less as small investors listened to the ever pounding bad news stories while the Potters of the word bought hand over fist. JCP is no different with almost $7 in cash per share and not to mention their valuable real estate--why is Sear's real estate so valuable and JCP's not--hog wash! JCP has been around a long time and has valuable real estate- also debt funding cost nothing with this tidal wave of Fed Res liquidity. I would not be surprised to see someone make a filing that they have accumulated 5% or 20% and the shares soar into the mid-teans! Then everyone will say why didn't I buy it at $7 or $8??? Always the same --too scared by the media.
