The shady lady with the wad of Xeroxed fraudulent coupons beware! JCPenney associates are feed up with the behavior of customers who insist on abusing our discounts. From creating havoc and tie ups at the point of sale. To making copies of one time use coupons and arguing they haven't used it yet. JCPenney sure is an easy target. Now we learn the survey coupon is back. Oh goodie. More fraud.
Associates are not automatically offering up available coupons at the register like the first Ullman go around. Preprints are not at the door anymore. At many stores if you don't come in the store with it, you ain't getting it. Many long timers would rather throw them in the trash than see the hot mess with the house dress on get another discount. Last year she stole a basket full of buttons at XMAS. We don't make a penny off these hair of the dogs.
Love our company. I just don't like our business model.
