It is particularly dismaying to read about R reps #$%$ about some of the planned educational efforts related to implementation of the ACA. The Republican Party in general has engaged in an extensive and well funded campaign to spread misinformation and outright lies about ACA.
I wonder if the Rs oppose education about ACA because they feaf that their deceptions will be exposed when people learn more about it. While an effort of this magnitude is bound to have some startup issues, a more reasonable approach would be to fix problems as they are identified in order to serve the greater good that the ACA represents.
Republicans fail to mention, among other things, that similar types of health care insurance are working successfully in other states and that the ACA will prevent large numbers of people from being driven into poverty because they lack health insurance
