After yesterday’s European Central Bank-inspired rally, stocks are waiting on US payroll numbers for direction this morning.
S&P 500 futures have ticked up 0.1%, while Dow Jones Industrial Average futures have risen 0.1%. Nasdaq Composite futures have advanced 0.1%.
Bank of America (BAC) has dipped 0.7% to $15.43 on reports its looking to settle mortgage-related charges against it for $12 billion.
Vail Resorts (MTN) has gained 2.1% to $73.53 after beating earnings forecasts.
Panera Bread (PNRA) has risen 1.8% to $158.50 after it said it would buy back more shares.
Consol Energy (CNX) 1.6% to $48.16 after it was upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Goldman Sachs. Peabody Energy (BTU) has dropped 1.4% to $16.35 after Goldman downgraded it to Neutral from Buy.
Diamond Foods (DMND) 9.3% to $30.21 missed earnings and sales forecasts.
