their earning will be a big mess they just rolled out a new program for their contractors to bid lower for the jobs we are talking only $1 to $7 max on the program so the savings or the addition to the earning will be a joke and will over time uoset most vendors and more than likely switch most of the orders to compition , lets watch and see how this will fare out in the this comming quarter ,
