Changing CEO and several board members is definitely not going to be viewed positively. New CEO doesn't have much of a track record. It could end up being a good thing in the long run, but won't help the share price in the short term.
You ALWAYS wait for the numbers before you go long in earnings season. If you "think" it will be good just wait to see.

disgraceful lack of performance and waste of a good technology. when I said there was a human resources issue to deal with here, I never expected this. maybe a couple people in sales and marketing or business development, but never this.
There are a couple of things to like (increased revenue and sales, timeline for gram negative, Lurie investments holding for at least a year), but overall this was a bad quarter, actually back to back quarters which were not "good".
Stock price will be down...my guess is $2.20-$2.40 unless the conference call instills a lot of confidence.
