A memorandum of understanding (MOU) is a document describing a bilateral or multilateral agreement between parties. It expresses a convergence of will between the parties, indicating an intended common line of action. It is often used in cases where parties either do not imply a legal commitment or in situations where the parties cannot create a legally enforceable agreement. It is a more formal alternative to a gentlemen's agreement.

In some cases depending on the exact wording, MOUs can have the binding power of a contract; as a matter of law, contracts do not need to be labeled as such to be legally binding.[citation needed] Whether or not a document constitutes a binding contract depends only on the presence or absence of well-defined legal elements in the text proper of the document (the so-called "four corners").

    • and the masses bitched when they hear nothing. Good grief!

This stock is doing great. Its called consolidation. If you don't have money to invest then go find fishing hole to hang out at.

    • You are an idiot saying an MOU is PR. MOU's are executed all the time as an imminent intent to enter into a contract. Its sets forth the essential and primary terms of the contract that is to be entered into and only leaves room for the details. It basically binds or forces the parties to finalize an agreement. Prior to most major transactions, parties enter into MOU's to lock in the eseential, agreed upon terms. If you think this is fluff you have absolutely no idea how most major companies conduct business.

    • indeed...fluff

will probably end in the red today.....

Given the size of the insiders holdings, and their consistent ability to make a good profit, this venture into this 'new culture' provides a huge opportunity. Backed by billions of invetsment $$$. (Brazilinvest)
Remember Ghaudi is a huge stockholder, and would not jeopardize his wealth. Rather he seems to be seeking large growth markets for their services.
Look through the BS from psoters, and focus of the business !!!

      • I hope the Dilution Kings don't give Rodman & Renshaw a million shares for facilitating this "transaction." They can use those shares to keep shorting the stock. That's what RedChip and ASSociates do I think. Hard to trust anybody anymore. This market is criminal, too many special interests, and too many mouths to feed. All the manipulators in the world know that the Three Amigos From Lahore will ask for their usual 5 million shares and give them away freely.

Otherwise, it's a promising move, but it takes 3 years to get any contracts. Atheeb Netsol was put together first in 2009 I believe and just recently they signed a minor consulting contract.
