However, what happens is the rise in market cap (total company value) will increase to the point that it will begin to be included in some of the indexes, and then funds will be buying because they have hold shares of the companies that comprise the index.
Exactly. I would expect volume to pick up along with the share price when this happens. Also, sometime in the near term, coverage will pick up increasing street awareness. Zacks just upgraded NTWK to a 1, or strong buy. Really looking positive these days! I would definitely look to increase my holdings on any kind of pullback if that ever happens.
NTWK will definitely get more attention when it hits doulble digits next week. Numerous funds are not allowed to buy any stock priced under 10. That coupled with excellent guidance should help propel the stock higher. Low PE, improved sales, higher revenues, and adding additional employees, should translate into a much improved share price.
