Are the kind that drive a stock lower. So they made a sale in thailand...something no one can really verify. Plus its like, "your business is that slow that you need a press release saying you made a sale"?? Imagine Apple's press releases if theyfollowed that principle.
Some time ago....NetSol's management proclaimed that they would not announce contracts of less than a million. And sadly NTWK isn't quite with AAPL, yet.
Besides...it is apparent that you can only please some of the people once in awhile. As some complain of no PRs...
How is Pondel,et al working out for NetSol... At least they aren't far from Calabasas!!
Though I hate to admit it, you are correct on this.
I can appreciate not naming the customer. However, not providing even an rough estimate/range of the initial contract amount? So, what good was the press release? Look - we made a sale in Thailand. My guess - maybe $100,000 tops. I'm more than happy to be wrong - prove it.
I would agree that it amounts to making a press release for a miniscule sale and will probably end out driving the stock lower in the coming days.
This contract is so important that it couldn't wait for the earnings announcement in 6 weeks? It's going to have a material impact on this quarters numbers? Highly doubtful.
I'm still positive/optimistic about the company, but this press release was amateurish.
