what an idiot!! remedial math; including the $40MM from Teva gives alxa 57.5MM and there are 15.78MM shares outstanding + $3.65 per share in cash so you were ONLY OFF BY A DOLLAR PER SHARE. OOPS UR A MORON.
Although I took profits at $6.42, I bought back in at $4.92. ALXA inesplicably delayed their earnings which is spooking some investors. Management has been very cruel to their long-suffering shareholders. The earnings conference call, where they discuss the TEVA deal and the companies future prospects will make-or-break ALXA.
Best scenario, the stock rises above $5 and begins to attract institutional investors and analyst coverage.
why do liars always start off, "although i took profits at so and so (and was a genius) i bought back at so and so...I'll bet ANYthing u didn't sell ALL your shares at 6.42 and then make your FIRST purchase back at 4.92. I'd bet my life
