my name is rick gordon. i've have 3 start ups to my experience and now live in cabo san lucas 9 months out of the year. i own and run tracking the insiders dotcom and manage my own money and a few others. i do alot of due diligence and have no problem calling CEO's or whoever if i feel thier is MGMT mis-conduct. I will be activist shareholder when i need too. i'm very close to proposing a oversight commitee for ALXA due to Kings actions and lack of transperancy and generous compensation program. i might ask for YOU one day to proxy your votes to such an action. i'm waiting to see what happens with Roth. I've lost alot of faith here. anyway, god bless.
My name is Joe Dooshbag. I is edumicated and am stuck up. I live in a cardboard box in the suburbs of Tiawana. If I throw my monies away then I will get mad and blame the MGMT. I drool a lot and forget what I am saying. I ax YOU to join me in a proxy or something like that. I have lost my cat. God Bless Amerika.
Take a historical journey back to a small drug delivery company named ALZA (similar to ALEXZA). The names are similar because the founder is the same visionary named Alejandro Zaffaroni. Back in 1968 AZ started ALZA and it was one of the most successful biotech companies in the world, concentrating on the delivery of drugs already on the market. ALZA was so successful that Johnson and Johnson bought them out in 2002. You can still track ALZA's historic stock price over it's lifetime to see how wealthy people got over time. I see a parallel pattern with ALEXZA, but you just have to be patient. A lot of the same people that made ALZA famous are now with ALEXZA. I have no doubt that ALXA will succeed.
