About a month ago I said that they would probably wait until July to sign a contract for the rest of world. They already are going to show net income of roughly $2 per share in Q2 due to the TEVA $40M payment, so why not ensure back-to-back strong profitable quarters based on large upfront sign-on fees before recording product revenues in Q4. Just my guess, but lets see if I'm right.
This is positive thinking, but doubt it.
Last time they had a conference they announced the selling price was going to be higher, and that a deal was in the works for USA , demanding over 35 Million upfront. Maybe a slight chance they will announce rest of world. Very slight.
