    Institutional Holdings

LT - have a look at the SC 13G/A filed at the SEC on 11/10/05 and you'll see where the shares were coming from that they were buying.

Looks like the volume surge this week took out the remaining shares they wanted to sell - which is a GOOD thing.

    Regards --

    • I'll again repeat -- look at the SC 13G/A on 11/10/05.

Looks like they're probably out now. My question is, who's the BUYER???

      • What is amazing is that the "buyer" only marked it down a dime from where it was trading at most of the day.

Obviously a lot of liquidity here at these levels.

Tomorrow it may go down in the morning once people realize what happend at day's end today, but it will be very interesting to see where it closes at tomorrow and what the follow through volume is.

Remember too syd, today was month end and possibly year end for some funds.

    • Jon, The shares bought or sold by FMR Corp are already included in the shares held by Institutions and would not be responsible for the increase in the Total shares held by Institutions. In the Qtr ending 9/30/05 FMR Corp sold 93000 shares and still held 3.4 million shares. If they sold the shares refered to in the SEC filing you referenced it would account for the activity in recent weeks and will show up in the 12/31/05 report.
