Price decline because they are going to raise capital at xx dollars
Just a thought, but they probably told people at the conference they are looking to raise capital by selling X amount of shares at X dollars. And there are those who are taking advantage of it by selling short. Just my thougths, but that price will be where we stabalize. And it will be announced at the earnings. You can't keep losing money year over year without having to raise capital.
Well, I am a humble person now. When this started dropping the day of the conference I felt some one said either they were not going to report good earnings or they were going to do another offering to raise capital and the price was going to be where we eventually dropped. I can't figure this one out. Yes, one more quarter to go (as I was reminded), and the year end loss was going to be 6 million more. Yet we still went up. Fine with me. I have yet to read the transcript. Our portfolio of drugs is one that something is not going to be approved in 2014. So we will assume that Roche can really profit from our recent FDA approval and we will start to narrow that loss. Let's hope who did all that dumping or shorting will get back in and the price up.
