Waiting for the daily takedown, it's a little late this morning. Might be difficult with the sector being hot today, but be patient, it will come. Bottom line is IMGN management can't be trusted to deliver. Unless we get some support from the BOD, a statement about being open to all options including a sale, a change management, a change in strategy, or better yet, a white knight/activist shareholder, I can't get excited. Shareholders are owners. We need to make IMGN's BOD and senior management know they are failing and it's unacceptable.
Bio - I agree with everything you are saying - but I do have this question. How do we go about letting the BOD and senior managment know our thoughts - are you saying simply write letters? If not that, what other steps?
some of the independent directors have bio's listed on Linked-in. I would think that if you send an email to IR or the corp council and let them know you are a shareholder and want your email forwarded to the BOD, that they would have to forward it, but not sure if they are obligated to do that. The email addresses are easy to figure out. FN.LN at the company name com. GL.
