However, similar to the limited liability advantages of Delaware, incorporating in Nevada seems a logical strategy no matter how sterling the record of governance exhibited by a particular company. This especially applies to small and micro cap companies that are more impacted by legal fees to fend off the frivolous that this country is famous for.

In any case, as a shareholder, I don't mind F & F "monitoring the situation ONE BIT! If the major holders are behind pointing F & F in SANW direction, voting sway isn't going to be tilted so much in favor of the BOD.
The company officers have in fact done an outstanding job building value (ie; I.V. & 16M annual rev *unaudited or no, for 6M OR less than 1/2 X sales) so I don't begrudge management from rewarding themselves. They deserve it but within reason. So if the spot light curtails the compensation down a bit, so much the better.
Management knows the PPS is headed higher and they want to cash in on it!

The final margin players have already been separated from their shares, probably on the 3.59 fall through to the 3.40s. Now is the walk-down to squeeze out what little that is still shakeable. That is when an entity or entities, generate shares on the ask and sell them back to themselves at the bid in hopes extra shares are accumulated in the process. Out of the TTL volume of recent trading days of 570K, 580K, 400K, 606K, if 100-150K per day were actual, legitimate, buy or sells, that wouldn't surprise me.
Institutions holding here "are not" dumping shares. Dark pool large blocks would be gobbled up in an instant and would thus have no ill price effects, but they can't be had this cheap in the wake of stealth projections that are significantly more optimistic than the chart would indicate anyway.
Maybe Oppenheimer and clients, or maybe just designed to hit the magic number for option grants, or lastly, just technicals gone wild. In any event, this years Christmas cards will be sent out, by me, to those benevolent forces manufacturing these prices to buy.
