What I would like to see from this company is any results from the sale to the Railroad Company for the batteries for an all electric switcher train engine plus any results from their on the road semi-truck. If either of these new system check out, they should be on their way to a profit.
Its called a development stage company. They are developing a yet to be proven technology. They have very little revenue outside of investment. They currently need additional financing or they will need to sell assest or file bankruptcy. I am waiting to see the terms of financing if they get it.

They did sell over $9M in batteries last year, mostly specialty LA ones, and about $.5M in PCBs.
Just $8M more and they break even, unless the R&D cost go down due to the completion of the rolled carbon electrode line.
