Another example of "looking good" - this lady is spread so thin, she won't be able to make any meaningful contributions to the company, other than in "looking good" press releases. I'd rather see Tommy Wilson and Joe Lacher promoting 15 - 20 year Allstate veterans who know the business, and know Allstate, into positions of leadership. But "no" we get talent from outside of the company, pay them big bucks, and they go through their learning curves without doing any of the "grunt work". Yeah, this "major contribution" by TW and JL will really create quick payback, I am sure (LOL). It is time for the company to let Wilson move on. It is time to replace many on the Board of Directors. Better yet, I hope there is a takeover, and someone else comes in and cleans house. Too much senior management in this company that are not contributing to the bottom line, or the top line. (Clearly companies like Nationwide saw what she could do and passed on her) ..... same thing as the Economical Insurance Group, one and a half years there, and done. Allstate picks up her paycheck now. Tom and Joe feel good about themselves. Allstate stock price dwindles.
