Like most folks, I've dealt with many of the giant US corporations abysmal customer service, Sprint, Bank of America, etc.
But Allstate has hit a new low....not only did they harass me for undue prop insurance bill that I had canceled due to poor customer service and uncompetitive rates, but after my informing them in multiple times, in writing, phone calls, and email that I had ALREADY canceled the policy in writing and please check their files, the got their collection agency to begin harassing my 86 year old father, who has cancer and is a nursing home to pay this bill that is owed by no one. Don't know how they tracked down my father's nursing home. He's a survivor of the Battle of the Bulge, in the last stages of his life, and Allstate is hounding him for a property insurance bill that no one owes, let alone my father, who owes no real estate. I am shorting ALL tomorrow.
