My daughter in law was recently hit by an allstate insured driver. At first they were going to say it was not fault. Even thought their client got a ticker for failing to yield. Now they are telling her they are going to only pay 80% due to her not doing enough to keep their driver from hitting her. I have already consulted my attorney. He says he will file a claim against the driver along with his expenses . Why are they such poor claims payers.
