AllState has become too large and will lose customers
I have been following this company closely for a while now, been reviewing their facebook page and alot of complaints about how they are denying claims and are upsetting customers, it wont be long and those results will appear in the financials.
First. I am not associated with ALL other than owning some shares. I was in the business for over 45 years and know there has been, and always will be, disagreements over claim payments. It is part of the system. If one would check a company's retention ratios that will provide a better gauge of customer satisfaction. ALL and SF both enjoy favorable retention numbers. That being said I do not disagree that ALL has irritated some clients as they reduced their exposures in the property lines by non-renewals. These actions were taken to improve the ultimate bottom line.
Now, would you share exactly what experience caused you to feel this way.
ALL and State Farm always receive more complaints. They have been the #'s 1 & 2 in personal lines carriers for over 60 years. Let that fact sink in for a moment if one thinks about all other industries and which companies were tops in any industry in 1950 and where they are now. A company does not stay #2 for over 60 years by NOT doing what people pay them for.
Well if you look at your facebook page, you seem to have alot of complaints, frankly I think your company sucks, and whatever message board I can find to say it, whatever news channel or consumer website I can find, whatever analysts I can call, I plan on telling them the facts, you may be number 1 now, but you will lose customers and market value, you can continue to treat people like #$%$. Sure you have my money, but you wont get another dam red cent from me.
