Allstate Corporate does not care about their customers
I just spoke to Karen at the corporate office following up on a complaint I had regarding their field claim team, she basically told me she didn't care who I wrote, the CEO or the Board of Directors, they will not get involved. That really illustrates how well they care about issues going on in there company. Sure they may be the number 1 or 2 insurance provider, but they are a very dishonest company. I would be embarrased to own this stock. Their service is like paying for a Starbucks coffee and getting cold folgers.
Ive been with them for 36 years only filed two small claims in that time, cancelled both my homeowner and auto over four months ago and i'm still receiving a bill. My agent and corporate were both FAX my new policy with a different company but they refuse to cancel my policies. WHAT THE BLANK!!!!!
