It's not surprising that the earnings are up, but overall customer satisfaction is down. Allstate really needs to understand business, customers are the life line, eventually after you screw them over and over, customers go elsewhere, there are a multitude of options out there, allstate needs to figure that out, who the heck is in charge of customer satisfaction over there.
