    ~State Farm Agents Have Balls~

If you Allstate Agents would follow the lead of
your brother & sister agents at State Farm you could
    save your company. Go
    to:

    http://sfagentswhocare.org

Read State Farms Agents letter to Senator John
    McCain!

Are you so naive to think that there would be a
buyout, at distress sale prices, if the company wasn't
going down in flames? Reliable sources say there are at
least two new Class-Action Lawsuits, on the horizon,
that could cost Allstate $18 / 30 billion or more,
this is in addition to the ones already filed
(Diminished value, inferior parts, consumer grievances &
Fraud.) (Do you think there won't be a clause in the
buyout to cover these contingencies)? You can speculate
all you want about the stock, but the reality is that
premium growth is moribund (Duh) like you ALL (pardon the
pun) didn't know why that is happening. More
policyholders hate Allstate every day. There is getting to be
less and less confidence in Allstate's ability to be
fair. You can debate all you want about who drafted
what & who sold what was drafted..But, the bottom
line is premium growth is way down in spite of the
advertising blitz. When the policyholders abandon you, you
have nothing. Again, you ALL agents, you have a vested
interest in the company, you earned your stock. Don't
listen to these Johnny come lately bloodsuckers that
want the quick buck so bad, they will sacrifice you
and causes misery to your policyholders. To you
so-called INVESTORS, be careful you don't get caught with
your tit in the ringer. You're investing in a company
    with extreme employee and policyholder
    dissatisfaction.

When the lawsuit contingencies are plugged into the
ALL balance sheet, ALL will be lucky if the stock is
high enough to stay on the big board. Let alone allow
ALL to stay out of Chapter 11. Why do you think the
ALL senior management team has dumped so much of
their stock in the last year. In many cases 50%-75% of
    their holdings in one
    shot.

    AT ITS BEST OR WHAT"

    Visit Allstate Insurance
Sucks.com and read the policyholder complaints. This is
your company, take it back and protect your best
friends, "YOUR POLICYHOLDERS". Go to your shareholders
meeting and dump those gluttonous officers & board
members that are pillaging your company and are making
you the laughing stock of the
    industry.

    • if you didn't have whining, yelling, screaming
brats of your own. And in that case we also know, like
most parents, your kids are never the whining, yelling
sreaming brats , they are always somebody elses.

    • I agree with your analogy on Toy's R
      Us
because theirs usually one or two in a
      major city.
Unless your in some very small
      town pharmacies our on
      every street corner
      with drive thru's and I don't go
      to mind
without first knowing my prescription is
      ready. Dah!

Insurance agents are also on every
street corner and not every one needs
      one.Because
some people have simple needs and simple minds.

    • Mac's portrait of being painted as a character
with short stubby legs by a previous poster. If he
owns a trasportation co., he should take one of his
high tech cabs. This would allow him to vacate this
area a whole lot faster. .......jp

    • One positive benefit of this is maybe it will
keep you out of society. How long have you been
xenophobic? Now if you can find a sanitary replacement for
      this board........

TOYs R US is going to
tell me I need to travel to a store with a bunch of
brats running, yelling and screaming. A low wage worker
who knows nothing about toys is jumping up and down
to help me, if you can find them. This is better
then eTOYS. Maybe this is why TOYs went @30 to @15 and
ETYS went @25 to @55.0-@80 in the last 6
      months

CVS is going to tell me I want to go into a Pharmacy,
with people coughing, sneezing and wheezing all over
me. To pick up an order they thought was already
filled, after I waited in line 20 minutes to hear them
tell me it is not filled, all to get a simple script
      called in to them.

And ALL is going to tell me
that I want to go in to the office to listen to a
salesperson try to sell me something I do not want, or need,
and where to put my signature on line number
      33.

Wheee thats really going with a great sales pitch. I
can see them lining up at the office door to buy
      insurance because of this one.

      Fighting what is the
obvious trend of tech is not smart. Tech is fueling this
very BB , which the slur mongers will jump on me
about, but we all use as a very powerful tool. Not to
mention this whole economic surge and stock run we are
looking at is tech fueled in one way or another. Look at
the top of the page, what kind of ad do you see. No
      dino's there

Sounds like some dressing on a
turkey to me, and the turkey will be picked apart, but
      ALL will look good.

    • I know MANY in your position
      They are not
      "whiners and complainers"
      They want to sell.
      They
      have what it takes.
      They have the renewal
      customers.
      They have the referrals.
      They know what to write
      and
are frustrated by what they can't write
      not for
their own greed, but or the GOOD BUSINESS CASE.
      And
they feel for the ones who can use a break
      and who
      deserves a break,
      Who are more than a
      statistic.
      They know their market,
      They make All strong with
      their niche skills.
      They live in it.
      They are
      alienated by the hardsell.
      They want the long term
      relationships.
(and are divorced from spouse, thanks in part to All)

      because,
      after all,
      They only write for one company;
      the
one that said "stay, you are family, your customers
      are family too"
and the Agent's family depends on
      their success too.

      End of thoughts. Another beer
      please.

Good luck "Gluey" and the rest who work hard and earn
      an honest living.

    • My agency is about like yours. And I too have
been bullied with the growth card. However management
seems to think that growth is by purchasing another
book of business. Geeez.. We are swamped as it is with
all the stuff we have to do. And Yes.. My customers
want an agent. Someone that knows them if they have a
problem. Also how many 800#s will be at someones house at
7am on a Sunday if they have a Major loss??? I have.
As an EA the company provides us with very little
support. Also how fast has Allstate been growing the past
few years??? There have been good times when I have
grown 20% or more a year.. Other times when its been a
wash. Thats Business. The main thing that we have to
deal with is Price. No amount of Value Selling can
beat a savings of 300+ dollars a year in Premium. Once
the company gets back in line on rates then agencies
      will grow and produce more.

    • i did say 30s by fri just wish we would close at that .ceo took alot of heat for what he said.

    • good call champ. will ceo learn to be cool as confirmation of your first statement now?

    • allstate set to fly we should see high 30s by 2000.
