Avi Katz consolidates CEO & COO roles

Old news but thanks. So who capitulated today? DBSI or an Endwaver? My guess is DBSI. Anyone else have an opinion?

I'm still here and I still believe in the tech. It is real after all.

I do have an issue with the greedy management. For example, I could care less about Avi dropping his salary, because the jerk will simply make up the difference with a massive quarterly bonus. He is sitting on all those share and just doesn't get it. What a moron? Let get real , he had nothing to do with with the polymer tech, and has yet to get it to market. Based on Q4 revenues, I can only conclude that organic growth is not his strong point.

You on the other hand. Are you still a strong supporter of LWLG? Have you figured out that they have nothing? How many times have they suckered you in with wild tales which proved to be false. If I were you, I would strongly consider changing sides.

GIG has some integrated optical transceiver tech that will be coming to market in the 2nd half of 2013. Based on various research sourced from independent and reputable sources, this tech is real. In addition, it is still not too late for Avi to pull his head out of his &$# and and actually turn out a GAAP profit in Q1.
