Two things that Avi Katz needs to do to make this company worth something!
1. Stop selling his own shares at $2+. If he doesn't have the conviction, why would anyone invest here?
2. Reduce his paycheck from $760K to more like $200K, award more stock options to himself.
This will put his pain in line with the shareholders.
