DDE value up $200 mm in 2006.. WHY ?

DDE now has a $590 million business value ...

In the past 12 months DDE has generated Sales of $ 224 million Operating Income (EBITDA) of $ 49.4 Million.

    Ask Yourself:

Would you buy a business for $600 million ?

If that business did $200 million in annual sales and generated annual profits of just $50 million ?

    That's 3 X Sales & 12 X Annual Profits

On Thursday April 27 DDE reported earnings

    In DDE's First Quarter - March 31, 2006 ---

DDE's revenues in 2006 1st quarter increased 13.8% to $59,272,000 compared with $52,091,000 for the first quarter of 2005.
    Total 1st quarter sales increased = +$7.1mm

DDE's 1st quarter net earnings improved 24.2% to $6,185,000 compared with $4,979,000 for the first quarter of 2005.....
DDE's Total 1st quarter net earnings increased --> +$1.21 million

    DDE made a 52-Week Low -- @ $ 7.97
    Today June 16th 2006 - DDE closed@ $17.19

So as of today... DDE stock is now up 115% in the first 6 months of 2006

With that triple digit gain in share value.... DDE's business value has just increased over $200 million dollars in the past 6 months

In the past 200-Days DDE shares have gone up an additional 33% -(DDE's 200 day moving average price is now $12.87)

So the value of DDE's business has increased and adittional $100 million in 200 days .....

    WHY?

Total 1st quarter sales increased =
    +$7.1 million
Total 1st quarter net earnings increased =
    +$1.21 million

    Ask yourself this:

Would you pay up $200 million for a company that grew their sales --> $7 million

Would you pay up $200 million for a company that grew their net earnings --> $1.2 mm

No professional money manager would pay up in price for those type of fundamentals
