In order for DDE fill up their hotel, they will need an activity like live poker, where people play for hours and are willing to stay overnight.
Black jack, routlette and sport gaming will help also.
I have heard that legislation is ready for sports gaming, but I haven't heard anything about the live table games for 2008. PA is taking market share away from Delaware. MD may or may not approve slots.
Unless these activites are made legal, I can't see the hotel doing that well.
Dover is ahead of PA and MD dems still trying justify voting down slots for the past 6 years Erlich was calling for them. Now they need them to justify their planned spending frenzy. They will start small - allowing time for Dover to adjust.
Judging by the income statement and the quarterlies look like they will be surpassing 06 on both revenues and net.
As far as a stock, this is one damn resilient one. Buy in the mid 10's if possible is my plan.
