with $2 in cash and $2 in non-operating losses plus, the market is giving the rest of the business only $2 in value. there's no way this stock falls much further. It would be steal for any potential acquirer.
You are a pathetic pumper and bagholder who doesn't know squat about the details and problems facing this company.
No one will buy them out with a HUGE class action suit facing them which MAY have legs. Until that is settled (and it will cost BIG $$) no one will come near them and absorb that kind of liability. They also have a smaller suit out with Biotel, but that is chump change.
Their reimbursements have constantly been lowered and while the devices are sexy and sound great, and there is peripheral data to suggest greater compliance...no one has shown better OUTCOMES and insurers and medicare pay for OUTCOMES...,.not pretty stats.
This is a dead zone company that will struggle to break even over the next year and may be running at negative cash flow given all of the marketing $$ it takes to keep this flying.
$4-$7 range until the lawsuit is settled PERIOD. Any changes in reimbursement will NOT be good news in the current environment.
you have a point about the legal overhangs. but they will be resolved eventually (even sqnm survived and they committed outright data manipulation. one would have missed a nearly triple bagger by waiting for the legal issues to go away. as they say, when there's blood on the street....).
the company will exit 2010 cash flow positive and with dramatically improved gross margins, and with revenue growth at least in the teens.
