A pipeline agreement would be a cost for WNR. It would Im sure add to the value of the refinery. Id like to know the breakdown of the Giant deal of what they valued the Yorktown plant for. It will take some time to put in a pipeline once a deal was made. Id like to see WNR re-open the plant as it would be worth much more with a pipeline deal in hand along with the plant in operation verses a shutdown rusting away hulk. IMO
It shouldn't take to long, nor too much expense as they only need 1 mile of pipeline to complete the hookup. Good luck longs-Its been a long wait but it has been very profitable, with more to come by March 3, 2011.
Think a pipeline agreement is all WNR needs to move on up and I believe WNR said they expect it by years end. I suppose it takes years to obtain the passage rights and Gov. EPA approval to actually install the line though.
