I think you have to look at the crack spread on Brent. Light Sweet crude is like at a $7 discount to brent. So for the Yorktown refinery, which gets its crude from Europe and canada, i think the cracks would be much much lower.
The elpaso refinery may be on light sweet crude so it is probably doing very very well.
But from what i can tell, the stock can't go up from here without Yorktown reopening. And that doesn't run on cheap Texas crude. Which i think might be the problem.
